Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:

  • Product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

To initiate a return, contact us at support@doggie-doodle-store.myshopify.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Food, treats, or opened hygiene items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or variant? Please email support@doggie-doodle-store.myshopify.com—we’ll assist with an exchange based on availability.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll receive an approval email

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@doggie-doodle-store.myshopify.com, including your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
