Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:
Product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
You’ll receive an approval email
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@doggie-doodle-store.myshopify.com, including your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
